Refund Policy for BeyondPain

Digital Products (Guides & Programs) Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at [your email] and we will resolve it promptly.

1-on-1 Coaching Sessions Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. If we need to cancel your session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Physical Products (Equipment) If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
